Firm, deep nose, becomes more elegant with aeration,nutty and herbaceous notes, hint of bacon,blak berries, peppery notes and bay leaf, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes. Concentrated, firm, and fairly juicy ripe, tart fruit on the palate, elegant acid bite, cocoa and tobacco, touch of anise and bay leaf, ripe, fine sandy tannins, persistent, quite complex, prominent peppery spice, good depth, still young, spicy and mineral notes on a very good long, firm, juicy finish. Classy wine.
