clear, firm, yeasty nose, delicate herbaceous and drief floral notes, pomaceous and citrus fruit, light nutty and fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, polished, juicy, tart fruit on the palate, yeasty and light nutty notes, some herbs and white flowers, persistent and creamy, elegant acidity, has some grip, still young, prominent mineral notes, hint of butter, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, touch of sugar candy, becomes more firm with aeration, good depth, vegetal and herbaceous notes on a very good juicy, grippy finish.
