2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Riserva Nova Domus, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm nose, light vegetal and delicate floral notes, still hjas yeasty traces, citrus and some stone fruit, hint of elderflower, herbaceous and mineral note. Ripe, creamy, partly candied fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, floral and herbaceous notes, some yellow spice and peppery traces,full-bodied, good substance, persistent good depth, still very young, light grip, mineral notes in the background, hint of dark berries, very good firm, juicy, creamy, spicy finish.

Ripe, tart, nutty fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, full-bodied, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, some grip, light mineral notes in the background, delicate buttery notes, good depth, still young, some grip and bite on a very good, slightly salty finish.
