Cool, fairly deep yeasty nose, vegetal notes, yellow fruit, herbaceous traces, olive oil, citrus zests and some dried flowers, light nutty aromas, light earthy and mineral notes. Juicy, concentrated, partly candied fruit on the palate, sweetish and creamy, floral and herbaceous aromas, fairly lively acidity, nutty notes, buttery traces, hint of mint and cedar wood, noticeable warm alcohol, very good sweetish and creamy finish.
