Editor note: Firm, fairly cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, elegant vegetal aromas and yellow fruit, partly dried floral notes, light mineral notes. Juicy on the palate, yeasty again, fresh vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, some elderberry, elegant acidity, moderate tannic grip, persistent, still young, slightly creamy, some depth, salty and chalky traces, very good polished finish. Needs some time to mature.
Best to drink: Late 2018-2023+
