The estate is located in the municipality of Purbach in the Burgenland DAC area Leithaberg, Connected are a restaurant and a hotel, which are housed in an old monastery in the middle of the vineyards. From the terrace you can enjoy a view of Lake Neusiedl, all wines are served here openly. The family business was taken over by Thomas Schwarz in 2005 from his parents. The vineyards cover 14 hectares of vineyards, which are divided into 60 individual batches in the vineyards Bauernfeind, Eisenberg, Eisner, Glauberinzer, Goldberg, Heath, Upper Set, Spitzmühle and Zibtern are divided. 75% of them are planted with the red varieties Blaufränkisch , Cabernet Sauvignon, Blauburgunder, Zweigelt, Rosenmuskateller and Syrah, and 25% with the white varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and Traminer.

In 2006 the changeover to Organic viticulture completed. That means among other things greening and no systemic-synthetic crop protection. The greatly reduced average yield is only 30 hl / ha. Great attention is paid to fully ripe and healthy grapes. The premium wines are the red wine cuvées named "Antonius" (Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch , Merlot) and "Nepomuk" (Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch , Zweigelt, Syrah), as well as Pinot Noir Reserve, which are three years in barriques and Store large barrels before they are filled. Around 40,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. A “vintage” is also produced in the style of port wine. The winery is a member of Vinoveritas Austria.
