2006 trocken Nepomuk, Burgenland, Austria

Preserved cherries and red berries on the nose, hint of black berries, herbs and spices, floral traces, some gooseberry, hint of eucalyptus and pepper. Fairly light-bodied fruit on the palate, elegant tart notes, some peppery notes and old oak, medium-fine tannins, earthy notes, slightly astringent, attractive finish.
