2007 Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Nose still slightly restless, citrus and tart apple notes, grassy and vegetal notes. Tart and grassy again on the palate, some mroe pomaceous fruit, citrus fruit and some vegetal notes, elegant acidity, cool spicy bite, mineral traces, good finish.
