cool nose, vegetal, herbaceous and delicate floral notes, mineral notes, yeasty traces, citrus and stone frit. Fairly firm, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, ripe tanins provide noticeable grip, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light peppery and yeasty notes, noticeable mineral notes in the background, still young, good persistence, some sugar candy, has grip and bite on a good to very good, fairly juicy finish.
