2018 Großheubach Bischofsberg Silvaner trocken ***, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Astringent, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and clearly mineral scent with quite fine, light yellow-fruity aromas and floral traces. Ripe, firm, quite juicy, yet very dry fruit, fine acidity, some grip, a touch of exoticism on the palate, nutty and yeasty traces, a little earthy minerality, some depth, still young, very good, firm, juicy finish with melt, grip, fine spice and minerality
