2004 Topikos Oinos Epanomis/Τοπικός Οίνος Επανομής Chardonnay, Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Crust of white bread on the nose, ripe yellow fruit, some roasted hazelnutes, delicately spicy orange zest, just a hint of oak. Quite fresh with ripe apple notes, some abnana and orange zest, fairly substantial, gentle but at the same time quite lively, finely polished acidity matches the fruit very well, quite elegant, attractive to good finish.
