Polished and compact on the palate, elegant, persistent, tranquil fruit, tart pomaceous fruit, citrus zests and some carob, pimento and some white pepper, more mineral notes, moderate, integrated oak, integrated acidity, has substance and character, well made, delicate bitter notes on a very good, complex finish.
