Cool nose, green apples and gooseberries, light grassy notes, fresh herbaceous notes. Clear, straightforward style, quite polished, elegant acidity on the palate, herbaceous notes, light spicy peppery notes, slightly creamy, has some persistence, quite a modern style, spicy yeasty notes in the background, good finish.
