Fairly mature on the palate, more prominent spicy oak, vanilla and whisky notes, medicinal herbs, preserved and dried pomaceous fruit, integrated acidity, spicy oak on a good finish. Very unusual, but very well made if seen as a representative of an oak philosophy.
