2005 Topikos Oinos Avdiron/Τοπικός Οίνος Αβδήρων Lagara, BIO, Thrace / Θράκη, Greece

Dried berries and moderate plum fruit on the nose, herbs and delicate nutty notes, roasted notes. Still fairly firm on the palate, straightforward dried and preserved berry fruit, herbs and light spice, earthy notes, bitter roasted oak, slightly sweetish in the background, slightly prominent, fairly well integrated tannins, has some substance, delicately juicy and slightly astringent on an otherwise good finish.
