Translate to English Pflanzlich-würziger und etwas wachsiger Duft nach Heu, angetrockneten Äpfeln, etwas Steinobst und Zitrone mit deutlicher mineralischer Würze. Kräftig und saftig im Mund, süßliche Frucht mit ebenfalls süßlichen Kräuteraromen, sehr feine Säure, viel Schmelz, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, festes mineralisches Rückgrat, nachhaltig am Gaumen, mittlere Tiefe, sehr guter bis langer Abgang. Braucht Zeit und deutet erst nach viel Luftzufuhr an, wo die Reise hingehen kann.
