Ripe, dense, fine-juicy, tart, again partly preserved fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, a hint of rock candy, herbal and delicately floral aromas, dense and persistent on the palate, clear, partly dark minerality, quite concentrated, good depth, has power but also subtleties, delicate grip, very slight warmth, ethereal nuances, multi-layered, very good to long finish with ripe, tart, beguiling juice, persistence and clear minerality.
