Translate to English Fester, herber, etwas getrocknet-pflanzlicher, nussiger und altholziger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Tönen. Kühle, sehr herbe, zitrusbetonte Frucht im Mund, pflanzliche Noten, sehr präsente Säure, leicht altholzig und nussig im Hintergrund, sehr viel Biss, antrocknendes Holztannin am Gaumen, eine Spur grün, gewinnt allerdings über Tage an der Luft, guter, säuerlich-saftiger Abgang. Wirkt derzeit reichlich abweisend und spröde und braucht 2 Tage um sich einigermaßen zu öffnen.
