OEOP Commandaria Commandaria St. Anastasia, Limassol, Cyprus

Dried figs, dates, a little malt and caramel together with notes of exotic spices and preserved fruit provide an interesting, complex nose. Complex, too, on the palate, delicately spicy, caramel and capuccino, with notes of currants, almost firm notes of drie herbs, an acidic touch and salty, vegetal notes, continuously changing and shifting on the palate, has character and many facettes, long finish.
