2006 Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC "Poggeto", Piedmont, Italy

Red berries on the nose, delicate spicy notes and a hint of wilted flowers. Elegant fruit on the palate, light-bodied and lively, delicate vegetal notes and some dried flowers, light acid bite, fine, youthful tannins, quite refreshing, elegant tart notes on quite a good finish.
