2015 Monferrato DOC Freisa "Monfiorenza", Piedmont, Italy

Slightly earthy, dried vegetal and nutty scent of sour cherries and mixed berries with floral traces. Cool and tart fruit on the palate, slightly herbaceous, nutty and floral, yeasty traces, lively acidity, fairly persistent, hint of salt in the background, good, rather tart, relatively juicy finish with a bite.
