Firm, quite complex and deep, clearly dried vegetable to herbaceous, almond-nutty and delicately smoky fragrance with tart, rather reserved yellow-fruity aromas, delicate floral spice and minerality. Ripe, slightly warm, light-coloured fruit, at first reserved, then increasingly juicy, some ethereal spice, light wood, a little yeast and almond-nutty aromas, herbal and floral notes, very fine acidity, delicate touch of ripe tannin, restrained power, the high alcohol perfectly integrated, smoky traces, mineral and white pepper in the background, very good, firm, tart finish, again with touch and fine spice. Must mature
