Tart, quite firm and deep scent of black and red berries with cherry aromas, some tar and nutty-woody tones as well as a little pepper and dry herbs. Firm, juicy, relatively dark fruit with roasted spicy oak, noticeable acid bite and prominent, slightly sandy, but ripe tannins, chocolatey spicy oak, peppery notes and also prominent salt, herbaceous nuances, lots of strength and alcohol, but also cooling minty notes, certain depth, very good, firm finish with a hint of roasted chocolate and ethereal spice.

Best to drink: 2021-2028+. What our ratings mean
