Slightly cedar and a little meaty-animal scent of black and also slightly red berries with traces of root vegetables, laurel and liquorice. Very tart, somewhat covered fruit with smoky and nutty wood notes, dried vegetal aromas, some bacon and earthy tones, fine sandy tannins, noticeable alcohol, herbs and some salt in the background, still undeveloped, good substance and sustainability, chocolate notes, very good , tart finish.
