Clear vegetal, also nutty nose with pomaceous notes, some tobacco and hint of yellow spice and mineral notes. Tart, quite dry fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, dried vegetal notes, touch of yeast, earthy and mineral notes, good persistence, fairly creamy and has some grip, floral traces, fairly cool style, very good, quite polished finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2019+. What our ratings mean
