Translate to English Gereifter, tiefer, intensiv herb-würziger Duft nach getrockneten gemischten Beeren, Kirschen und Zwetschgen mit deutlich an Suppenkräuter erinnernden Aromen, etwas Wacholder und Lorbeer, ein wenig Tabak und getrockneten Blüten mit deutlicher Mineralik. Kühl, herb, fest gewirkt und konzentriert im Mund, gereifte Frucht mit deutlich an Suppenfond erinnernden Aromen, feines, mürbes Tannin, viel erdige Mineralik, dicht, tief und sehr nachhaltig am Gaumen, kompromisslos traditioneller Stil, Säurebiss und viel salzige Mineralik, enormer Zug, wirkt zeitlos, sehr langer, vielschichtiger, herber Nachhall.
