Spicy nose, ripe, partly dried red berries and some plums, dried floral notes, spicy and light earthy notes. Fairly prominent and quite firm fruit on the palate, dried herbs and spices, light acid bite, full-bodied and has some substance, noticeable, but fairly well integrated alcohol, earthy and mineral notes, good persistence and has some depth,complex on a long finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2012+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Ripe red berries on the nose, spicy with light buttery traces, light floral and earthy notes, some old oak. Clear fruit on the palate, light acid bite, some more earthy notes and old oak, quite fine tannins, very good persistence, has depth, quite juicy, noticeable, but very well integrated alcohol, becomes more harmonious and gains depth with aeration, complex, very long finish.
