2016 Merlot, Peloponnese / Πελοπóννησος, Greece

Woody, earthy and slightly dried vegetal scent of black berries and a little cherry with nutty and cedar notes. Very strong in the mouth, dark, pickled fruit with a lot of toasty wood spice, nutty aromas, smoky wood and a hint of mint, a lot of alcohol, some persistence, fine sandy tannin, not very deep, a bit heated, also in the finish a lot of bitter wood and alcohol
