Translate to English Fester, hefiger, kräuterig-pflanzlicher und ganz leicht speckiger Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen und leicht floralen Aromen sowie gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. Herb im Mund, straffe Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und hefigen Aromen, zart floral im Hintergrund, eher zitrusbetont, feines, lebendiges Mousseux und merklicher Säurebiss, nachhaltig, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, straffer Abgang mit herbem Saft, etwas Kräutern, rotbeerigen Spuren und wieder viel Biss.
