Slightly oxidative nose, pomaceous fruit, leeks and white vegetables, peppery notes. Quite full-bodied, restrained fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, fairly creamy, bitter nutty as well as waxy notes, light tannic touch, noticeable alcohol, hint of chives in the background, waxy notes on an alcoholic finish.
