Translate to English Herber, ziemlich präsenter, getrocknet-grasiger und kräuteriger Duft nach teils angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten, etwas Quitten und Holunder, sowie Erbsen, Avocado und Speck mit Anklängen an Wiesenblumen und mineralischen Noten. Reife Frucht im Mund, vegetabile und grasige Aromen, wieder auch Kräutern und Wiesenblumen, sehr feine Säure, viel Schmelz und gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, hat Kraft und Substanz, nachhaltig, guter bis sehr guter, schmelziger und ein wenig alkoholwarmer Abgang.
