Translate to English Recht kühler, herb-nussiger und etwas pflanzlicher, auch noch eine Spur hefiger Kernobst- Zitrusduft mit mineralischen Anklängen, ein wenig Lardo und getrocknete Bergkräuter. Recht straff gewirkte, reife, saftige Frucht im Mund, deutlich nussige und leicht tabakig-pflanzliche Aromen, wieder auch Bergkräuter, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik, viel Fett, aber auch Säurebiss, sehr geschliffen, noch jung, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter, saftiger, nussiger und getrocknet-pflanzlicher Abgang. Sehr gekonnt.
