Firm nose, prominent green vegetal notes, reminiscent of bell peppers and green tobacco, hint of bacon, ethereal herbaceous notes, elderflower, nutty and smoky notes, floral notes and mineral notes in the background. Concentrated, very sweet, partly dried and candied fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, herbaceous and floral aromas, smoky, spicy, nutty notes, good depth, still young, peppery traces, touch of elderflower and some yellow spice and honey, very good, long, complex finish.
