Translate to English Herbe, eher kühle, etwas vegetabile Nase mit rotbeerigen und zart altholzigen Noten sowie einer Spur getrockneter Pilze. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, hefige und vegetabile Anklänge, leicht nussig, sehr feines, eher zurückhaltendes Mousseux, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, harmonisch und schön zu trinken, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
