Reife, etwas nussige und tabakige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, hefige Noten, ein Hauch Muscheln, recht feines Mousseux und mürber Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, leichte Kandistöne, gewisse Tiefe, gewürzige Anklänge im Hintergrund, ganz leicht kräuterig und tabakig, salzige Töne, gewisse Süße, sehr guter, relativ fester Abgang.
