Translate to English Hefiger und vegetabiler, auch etwas nussiger und erdiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen und etwas Gummi. Recht fest im Mund, nussig, hefig und deutlich spargelig-vegetabil, lebendige Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, ein wenig Kandis und erdige Noten, leicht salzig am Gaumen, gewisse Kraft und Nachhaltigkeit, ins Holzige gehende Töne, noch etwas eckig und gedeckt, eine Spur Butter und Karamell, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang, wieder mit Gumminoten.
