Translate to English Herber getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft mit grün-fruchtigen Aromen, Holunder, etwas Artischocken und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, schmelzige Frucht im Mund, herbe vegetabile, wieder auch an Artischocken erinnernde Töne, feine, recht lebendige Säure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, erdige Mineralik, nussige, hefige und ganz leicht buttrige Spuren, hat Schmelz, aber auch Griff, noch jung, sehr guter Abgang mit herber Würze.
