Süßlich-saftige, reife, teils eingekocht und angetrocknet wirkende Frucht im Mund, schokoladige Aromen und ein Hauch Lakritz, im Hintergrund Kräuter und Salz, aber auch pfeffrige Nuancen, gewisse Röstung, sehr gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, kräftig, aber auch sehr geschliffen, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, wieder süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit Schokoladentönen und feiner Würze.
