Reife, herb-saftige, etwas schmelzige Frucht mit nussigen, zart karamellig-buttrigen und floralen Nuancen, sehr feine Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, kreidige und salzige Mineralik, hat Kraft, gewinnt dabei mit Luft noch an Frische und Biss, sehr guter, saftiger, schmelziger, etwas nussiger, mineralischer und wieder ein wenig buttriger Abgang mit gewürzigen Nuancen.
