Translate to English Fester, vegetabiler und mineralischer Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, nussigen Spuren und angedeutet weißem Pfeffer. Klare, recht saftige Frucht, feine, lebendige Säure und Kohlensäure, deutlich pflanzliche Noten, etwas hefig und leicht floral am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, noch wenig entwickelt, eher schlanker Stil mit zartem, süßlichem Schmelz, helle mineralische Anklänge, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger Abgang.
