Translate to English Kräuterig-pflanzlicher, etwas hefiger und angedeutet hell-floraler Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, an Krustentiere erinnernden Aromen, angedeuteter gelber Würze und Mineralik. Reife, recht feste, schmelzige und warme, dabei herbe Frucht, hefige, deutlich salzig-mineralische und eine Spur rauchige Töne, sehr feine Säure, Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, gewisse Tiefe, speckige Nuancen, noch jung, sehr guter, fester Abgang mit herbem Saft, Mineralik und Griff.
