Cool, youthful, yeasty nose of egg white and some root vegetables with white and yellow fruity notes and green-vegetable hints. Yeasty also in the mouth, cool, light fruit with almond and yeasty notes, medium-fine mousseux and some acid bite, certain persistence, slightly blurred on the palate, some candy, neat finish.
