2005 Topikos Oinos Lemessou Shiraz trocken, Limassol, Cyprus

Mature nose, preserved and dried red berries, peppery notes, light roasted and animal notes, herbaceous and earthy notes, light lactic and volatile notes. Mature again on the palate, quite soft, more light volatile and lactic notes and some vegetal notes, not particularly persistent, preserved berry fruit, hint of coffee and pimento, fairly prominent fine-grained tannins, already quite mature, attractive finish.
