Translate to English Klarer, kühler und eher herber Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und kräuterig-pflanzlichen Aromen sowie etwas Mineralik im Hintergrund. Klare, geschliffene, trockene Frucht im Mund, getrocknet-pflanzliche und hefige Würze, feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Kraft und Wärme, hefige und deutlich mineralische Anklänge, hat Griff, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.

Editor note: Translate to English Feine kräuterig-pflanzliche Würze in der Nase, Zitrusnoten, Birne und Apfel, etwas weißer Pfeffer und deutliche Mineralik. Klare, saftige, schmelzige Frucht im Mund, zart florale und an Holunder erinnernde Töne, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel Kraft, aber auch Schliff, im Hintergrund recht deutliche Mineralik, leicht spürbarer Alkohol, sehr guter Abgang.
