2017 Sopron Kékfrankos trocken, Nordwesten, Hungary

Tart, youthful and undeveloped aromas of black berries and some cherries with dried vegetal, floral to tobacco and peppery notes. Clear, tart and juicy, youthful fruit on the palate, black berries and cherries, fine, polished tannins and some bite, a hint of licorice in the background, some cocoa, herbaceous, floral and peppery notes, some strength and heat, but remains firm, still very strong young, very good, quite juicy finish. Must mature.
