Preserved pomaceous fruit on the nose, dried herbs, some coconuts and nuts, light vegetal and delicate roasted notes. Gentle preserved yellow fruit on the palate, ripe apple and melon, light herbs and spices, elegant, integrated acidity, has some substance, polished and persistent, light tannic touch, delicately tart spice on a very good finish.
