Translate to English Herber, recht fester und komplexer, getrocknet-kräuteriger bis tabakiger, dazu etwas pfeffrig-gewürziger Duft nach reifen, teils angetrockneten und eingemachten schwarzen und auch ein wenig roten Beeren mit ätherischen Noten. Fest gewirkte, reife, saftige, eher dunkle Frucht, wieder deutlich ätherische Aromen, an Minze, Eukalyptus und Zitronenverbene erinnernd, Pfeffer- und Kardamomwürze am Gaumen, etwas Kreuzkümmel, viel Kraft und gute Substanz, präsentes, feines Tannin und etwas Biss, gute Tiefe, im Hintergrund Zitruszesten und eine Spur Salz, gewinnt mit Luft noch an Frische, Leben und Eleganz, sehr guter, fester, saftiger und würziger Abgang. Sehr gekonnt.
