Firm, slightly smoky and delicately yeasty, also finely vegetal scent with reserved yellow-fruity aromas, dried floral traces and certain minerality. Ripe, tangy-juicy, slightly warm fruit, again fine vegetal to herbal aromas, delicate nutty-yeasty tones, good substance and persistence, very fine acidity, good depth, a hint of tobacco wood nuances, a hint of bacon, very good, firm, tangy-juicy finish with enamel, but also touch
