Translate to English Viel grüner Paprika in der Nase, nussige Aromen, schwarze Beeren sowie ein wenig Zwetschgen und Kirschen, etwas Lakritz, getrockneten Provence-Kräutern, Speck und erdige Nuancen. Reife, recht saftige, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit schokoladigen, süßlichen Holzaromen, feinsandigen, mürben Tanninen und Schmelz, etwas geschmorter Paprika am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, recht kräftig, deutlich an Provencekräuter erinnernde Noten, noch eine Spur trocknend, sehr guter Abgang mit Saft und etwas Schokolade.
