Cool, slightly herbaceous and a hint of peppery nose, restrained, tart yellow fruit and mineral notes. Light-bodied, tart fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, some salt and earthy notes, lively acidity, light tannic touch, good persistence, very good, well-rounded finish with tart juice and some spice.
